Introduction of Equipment Structure：

This product is made up of quenching furnace，pre-heating furnace, tempering furnace, quenching oil groove, cleaning tank, and charging turnover mechanism, etc.

Application：

It is mainly used for the bright heat treatment of the thin-walled cylinder structural components.

Equipment Features:
1. The bottom furnace door of the quenching furnace is welded with steel plate and structural steel. The insulating layer is packed with alumina silicate fiber. The bottom furnace door and the furnace exit are sealed by four-link compaction and sealing mechanism.
2. The pre-heating furnace is made up of furnace shell, furnace lining, heating component, lifting device, lifting and rotating system of furnace lid, etc., the shell of the furnace adopts high-quality carbon steel plate and structural steel; after finishing welding and adjusting, carry on continuous welding and sealing along the periphery of the flange joint, so as to ensure air-tightness and rigidity of the shell.
3. Pit tempering furnace is made up of the furnace body, heating body, circulating fan, diversion tube, furnace lid, lifting and rotating device, and gas exhaustion device, etc.

4. There is quenching tank in the combined furnace group, to enable that the long-cylinder work piece to finish its quenching process in the quenching tank after heating, and there are heating, circulation cooling, slag disk and nitrogen fire extinguishing device, etc.
5. The water pipe in the cooling tank is introduced from the side of the cylinder, and there is drainage pump set in the water way system.

6. The heating of the detergent in the washing tank adopts vapor heating, and there is water supply and drainage system set in the tank, and the detergent is stirred by the compressed air.

7. The pre-heating, heating and quenching of work piece adopt PC automatic control, and the processing of work piece is carried out under protective atmosphere to guarantee the work piece is not oxidized or decarburized.
