Bulk heat treatment production line
Application:
This production line is used for heat treatment processes such as normalizing, tempering and tempering for bulk workpieces.
Major Production Line Components:
The production line is comprised of the following: box type furnace, tempering furnace, workpiece docking station, and automatic quenching tank, etc.
Equipment Features:
1. Box type furnace: The furnace can be heated by electric or natural gas, which has less heat loss and higher automation than the trolley furnace. High degree of automation.
2. Workpiece docking station: The docking station allowstransfer of working temperature workpiece from the muffle furnace to an automatic quenching tank, with a transfer time ≤20S.
3. Quenching tank: An automatic quenching lifting platform achieves fast quenching process; the quenching speed can be adjusted with a variable frequency speed regulation system to achieve high quenching quality.
4. Advanced electrical control module: The module is comprised of a PLC control unit, automatic loading/unloading unit, host computer monitoring system, etc., and enables automation for the whole treatment process.
5. Safety: The production line is equipped with an audio and visual alarm system, which keeps staff alert when the docking station is in operation.
