Roller furnace
Description:
Roller furnace is made from its components. The main furnace components are furnace shell, furnace liner, air guiding hood, furnace door, lifting mechanism, loading and unloading dock, transmission, heating elements, circulation fan and electrical control system.
Application:
Roller furnace serves the purpose of heat treatment process in which large steel ring parts will be heated with low temperature aging treatment or stress relief annealing treatment.
Equipment Features:
1. Module assembly structure: The modular designed furnace body can reduce assembly time, and the roller transmission can meet the different needs of heat treatment process for different products.
2. Unique circulation mode design: To ensure the uniformity of temperature ≤ ±5°C within the space of 4 × 4 ×1.2m in the furnace, roller furnace is designed by using large convective heat transfer circulation system to stir the air in the furnace sufficiently.
3. Automatic control: The control system is designed by using HMI + PLC controller. The status of operation process can be monitored in real time by man-machine interface. The whole process automation from loading – preheating ─ heat preserving – unloading can be achieved by touching one button.
