Equipment Features:
1. The side walls of furnace lining are all of high aluminum light-weight fire resistant products, which are of high temperature strength as well as better thermal radiation property; the whole furnace lining is a composite furnace lining whose design is optimized by computer, which is suitable for speedy temperature rise and energy saving.
2. V-shaped grooves are cut on the stepping beam at equal intervals, to make it convenient for work-pieces to be placed in the heating process.
3. The supporting beam is made of section steel by welding, and has rollers laid out on both its ends, which is beneficial for the stepping beam to reduce friction force in its back-forth movement.
4. The hydraulic system is to complete the forth-back movement of the stepping beam, the starting and falling of the supporting beam, the material loading and unloading opening of the furnace door, automatic unloading of loading feeding platform, etc.
5. The electric temperature control system adopts the PLC control, which allows space beats and superiority manual intervention, and can realize automatic, manual and spaced movement functions.
