Application:
The production line is mainly used for heat treatment process such as heating, quenching and cleaning of aeronautical structural steel under protective atmosphere.
Description:
The major components of the production line includepit furnace with nitrogen atmosphere, oil tank with quenching capabilities, salt bath furnace, cleaning machine and so on.
Equipment Features:
1. Pit furnace with nitrogen atmosphere:
Proven design of electrothermal components to ensure furnace temperature variation
Proven muffle furnace design to enhance heating efficiency.
Separate control of enriched gas and air proportional valves through analog output of carbon control instrument to enablecarbon potential control accuracy as high as ±0.01%.
Two redundant carbon potential monitoring/display system, which can be automatically switched to in case of main system failure.
2. Quenching oil tank:
Stirring system: uniform cooling of workpiece achieved with forced circulation of cooling medium using external variable frequency speed regulation stirring system.
Automatic cooling cycle control system: automatic system start/shutdown to maintain oil temperature within predetermined range and ensure quenching quality.
Fume recovering and purifying system: automatic start of system, after receiving quenching signal, to extract and purify fume before discharge.
3. Salt bath furnace:
Unique heating: more uniform temperature field through external heating.
Salt-leakage detection system: automatic start of audio and visual alarming system when sensors, placed under salt bath furnace, detect leakage.
4. Cleaning machine:
Equipped with both alkaline water and regular water system, and a sprinkler cleaning system to clean workpiece; an automatic waste processing system can separate water and oil after cleaning to meet environment regulation requirement.
